Interesting podcast episode from the a16z guys, Datacentre of the future, recommend listening too. In Australia with my exposure to clients, datacentres are typically referred to as part of Infrastructure.
Continuous Delivery is a movement generating Tech/DevOps roles, causing disruption of sorts to the traditional operators of infrastructure as these people want to work with providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google. They offer infrastructure as an API and longer lived organisations (Suncorp, REA) are becoming their clients. It is no longer confined to the realm of start-ups.
